Meet Ashton Garretson, General Manager
Ashton Garretson General Manager at St. Clair Winery & Bistro in Farmington New Mexico, local new mexico wine and local craft beer, full lunch and dinner menu, four-corners area dining restaurant winery

Ashton has been with the St. Clair Winery & Bistro team for about 8 years. She joined the team as a server in 2010. She was promoted to Assistant Manager in 2015, and promoted to General Manager just a short time later.

“I received my Bachelors of Business Administration from UNM in 2013, and my Masters of Business Administration from Grand Canyon University in 2015. As GM, I enjoy getting to interact with our guests and making sure they are having a great experience. I get to see familiar faces that come in every week, but I also get to speak with guests traveling through on their way to their vacation destinations.”

“I like that we are a New Mexico based company and we take pride in being family-owned. The bistro is unique to Farmington because of the upscale atmosphere that we provide. On the other hand, it is also a place that you can bring the whole family, and enjoy a nice meal. We have a little bit of something for everyone.”

“I am lucky to have parents and two sisters that have always been extremely supportive and to have found a company that allows me to stay close to home. I also have two fur babies, Jinx and Lucy.”

“In my spare time, I like to play volleyball. I also just recently bought a house, and I am trying to master the art of do-it-yourself projects.”

Ashton is looking forward to seeing you, your family and friends!
