But in 1984, we risked it all to cultivate award-winning wine right here in the land of the daring.

THE NEW MEXICO SOUR

The New Mexico Sour updates the Whiskey Sour recipe (whiskey, lemon, sugar, egg white) with a float of St. Clair Merlot or any variety of our red wine. The wine lends its aromatic qualities and deep red color to the drink.

THE SANDIA SPRITZER

This crowd-pleasing summer cocktail serves four, and it’s easy to scale up for a larger crowd. Puree watermelon with agave nectar in the blender, then add St. Clair white wine and club soda for bubbles. 

THE ST. CLAIR SANGRIA

Sangria is the perfect drink to share with friends – it’s festive, fun, fruity, and refreshing. As cocktails go, it’s inexpensive and easy to make.
